Hi Courtney, There were laods of mackerel caught yesterday with shoals right up to the beach chasing whitebait. However, I didn't see any today as the wind got up a bit. If the wind stays calm they're be back again tomorrow.

Plenty of mackerel last night from the beach around dusk along with a few scad. Both chasing white bait right up to the shore.
A few small black bream taken on the bottom taken on lug.

Catch update; Mackerel have started to be caught yesterday and today from the beaches with bags up to around 40 fish.

I havn't heard of any mackerel unless there where any today, we need a lot more calm weather.

Catch report; there was a bass of 12lbs caught last night at Rock a Nore taken on mackerel fillet.
